Although a symbol of the south, this rosé is actually a rare and limited edition wine made at Sainte Rose in very small quantities. An elegant blend of early picked Grenache and Syrah, this rosé has a pleasing pale strawberry colour; aromas of grapefruit and pear drops; and luscious summer fruit flavours. Drink it chilled at any time of year!
